Drinking fluids with meals.

A Health Tip:
Avoid drinking fluids with meals. Fluids will dilute
your natural digestive enzymes. It is best to drink
fluids either 30 minutes before a meal or 30 minutes
after a meal.
Drinking a glass of water 30 minutes before a meal will make you feel full, you will not eat as much. Great way to curb your appetite and help with weight loss.
