A healthy salad?

"Most people consider salads a healthy meal.
Use caution when ordering your salad. Adding
croutons, cheese, eggs, nuts, fried meat and
high calorie dressing will transform a salad
from a healthy meal to a high fat, high calorie
unhealthy meal."
That salad that you thought was healthy and would help you maintain your weight has now turned into something that can make you gain weight.
