Relaxation technique.

Health Tip of the Day
"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"

A quick relaxation technique is to breathe
in and shrug your shoulders lifting them
towards your ears and then as you breathe
out, completely relaxing all the muscles
from your neck to your shoulders, across
your upper chest and upper back and say
Ahhhh.
