Carbs =Sugar

If you are concerned about the carbohydrates you are consuming or your children are consuming this equation will help
4 carbohydrates =1 teaspoon of sugar.
For example 1 cup of raisin bran cereal contains 44 carbs which equals 11 teaspoons of sugar!!
1 can of soda = 10 teaspoons of sugar.
Would you feed your child 10 teaspoons of sugar?
